Brand new Ranger, pretty nice, I haven’t had much time to look it over. Rangers are sure bigger than they used to be! I’m training for fiber optic work, they are expanding like crazy. I met a funny friend who hung out with me by the telephone pole I was working on.

Well I don’t know how many, they are not always used, there is room for expansion. The middle is just for strength, it hangs from pole to pole so it has to be strong.

I have only driven it for a day, it is up in the air. I think it’s 7' to the top of my ladder on top. I have a crew cab so it is a bit longer. This one says XLT on the side, something like that. I can post a tour of it, I have emergency strobes and all kinds of shiznit.

I don’t know how to use them, I was looking for the mirror controls too but there is nothing by the window on the door where it often is. I have some manual reading to do..

Definitely. Try the center console. Because the Ranger isn’t American and other countries are less rigid about that whole standard control placement it seems.

I drove home at night so I couldn’t see shit in there, the only modern car I have is an Acura so nothing is similar. I have to go through the truck and set it up the way I want, I’ll check all the functions and preset my radio etc..

I’ve been trying to get my mom to set up the car bluetooth with her phone for like months now and it still hasn’t been done. I feel ya. Sometimes it’s just more hassle.

Well I will get a work phone soon that is also a hot spot. I’ve never done that in a car, I can as the other guys what they do I guess. I have a Bluetooth earpiece that I’ve never used haha.

Well ATT has a lot and we are adding a whole other system so they don’t have to use anything they have. But I imagine the n orth and s outh B ay Area is pretty far ahead of a lot of places. I have very fast service here, I upgraded a couple years ago.
